ABOUT

Born in the province of Perugia in 1984, I am a freelance journalist and photojournalist based in Chiang Mai (Thailand).

Lover of Asian culture and traditions, of adventures and of anything that seems “impossible”, i have made reportages in various hot spots around the world, from the Donbass to the Philippines, passing through Northern Ireland, Belgium, Corsica, Kosovo, Lebanon, Burma, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

I have recounted wars, disappearing traditions, stories of ancestral peoples, discriminated communities and Islamic extremism in the major Italian newspapers and magazines, as well as on various world televisions: il Giornale (Italy), Corriere della Sera (Italy), la Repubblica (Italy), Panorama (Italy), l’Espresso (Italy), Inside Over (Italy), Sport Week (Italy), Linkiesta (Italy), Aspenia (Italy), Jesus (Italy), Corriere del Ticino (Switzerland), La Regione (Switzerland), Azione (Switzerland), Rai (Italian television), Channel4 (English television), Sky International, CNN and Arab24 (International TV agency).

Tatuaggi sacri Thai” (2019) and “Borderline. Storie dai confini del Mondo” (2019) for Eclettica Edizioni. For Mursia, “I guerrieri di Dio. Hezbollah: dalle origini al conflitto in Siria” (2017).
